Query Development on filing system database to generate marketing, surrounding area, similar industry, confidentiality requirements and other related information.
Development and implementation of universal filing system to be utilized in northeastern division of company. This task included travel to other offices over several months to train and work with their staff to update their file management systems and to implement file disposal procedures that were compliant with client and multiple state regulatory requirements. Implementation of the universal filing system enabled staff members to utilize file information from multiple locations remotely. Not only was the information of importance for clients, internal staff was able to access non-confidential information that proved to be useful in other projects. The information that could be obtained included area historical information, type of research performed, regulatory requirements and geographical information. The information obtained could be used throughout the company
Response, preparation and submittal of documentation regulatory compliance review (both internal and regulator performed), follow-up with client. This role led to developing document release procedures that protected both employer and client while complying with requests and legal/regulatory requirements.
