Customer-oriented management style was my objective in servicing my clients more effectively. The customer was always right and I strived to keep the customer happy, because without your client base you are in trouble.

To advertise my business, I created brochures that showed all the different products and services my organization could create. Put a sales representative force into action to reach new business to continue the growth. With blood, sweat and a lot of hard work, I started the company with nothing and it developed into a $38 million company in five years, with a 20% annual profit margin.

Put a sales force together to market the Southwest and Midwest Regions. Developed strong client relationships (including Motorola, Zenith, First Solar, Shock rite, BAE, Armor Holdings, General Dynamics, Fire Trace, Textron) To generate maximum revenues.
