I also was the first recruiter in our company to fully utilize social networking in recruiting tactics, including using LinkedIn to post jobs and reach out to candidates, Indeed to search resumes, Craigslist to post positions, and creating a Twitter account to tweet jobs to candidates and other social networking sites across the web. I managed the social media campaigns and activity for our regional office in North Carolina.
