The primary purpose of this project was to enable a lender to compare the Fees in their system to Fees that the Settlement or Closing Agent has and address any differences prior to closing the loan. As part of that service, the lender must be able to request delivery of documents that are required to be delivered to a borrower by Dodd Frank and CFPB regulations via a Document Delivery Service.

Testing involved making sure different type of secure documents could be requested to be delivered either electronically or via mail to borrowers. Orders could be placed via web and via integration.
