I have completed One year Apprenticeship training at NOCIL.

Since June 2017 to till date working with National Organic Chemical Industries Ltd. (NOCIL), Pawane MIDC, New Mumbai as a production engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

Handled the complete manufacturing process of CBS using PLC system. Process involves the use of equipment’s like reactor, continuous distillation column etc.

Having moderate knowledge of autoclave operation.

Collected data of critical parameters of several processes in our plant and kept the offset to a minimum by using statistical process control tool

Took the responsibilities of several maintenance work through general permits, flame permits and vessel entry permits and I am aware of the procedures there in.

Handled the Nano filtration system in which using the spiral wound membrane with 15-22 bar pressure for improve the purity of product.

Final Year Project: Hydrodynamics of Fluidized bed by using CFD.

Future Scope:Fluidization has various applications. It is widely used in mixing operations. Also used in petroleum industries. Fluidization of Gas-solid system is carried out experimentally and gas-solid fluidization done as industrial application in R&D. The various parameters that affect fluidization are calculated and verified by using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
