Project : Data Pipelines

Description : Pipelines for data ETL (Extract, Transform and Load)

Responsibilities:

oWorked closely with the Editorial teams to understand the format (ORC, JSON, XML, CSV etc.) of the data files and documented the business requirements, created the UML diagrams in Confluence page

oResponsible for generating actionable insights from complex data to drive significant business results for Internal teams

oIngested data from RDBMS using SQOOP and performed data ETL, and then index the transformed data to HDFS, Hbase, S3 buckets and Elastic Search as per the business requirement

oWorked on module testing and ensured that the pipelines created are scalable
