• Hypothesized model was developed to improve the efficiency of patient’s handoff process in a hospital system using some Lean Six Sigma methodologies like FMEA, 5S, Process flow diagram, SIPOC, PDCA.

Total Quality Management (Control Chart & Run chart) of Pump Assembly Samples, Fall 2016

• Using Minitab Run chart and Control chart (R, X-bar) created to check the samples which are not under specification limit for Data, which was taken for 20 different sampling group with 3-5 variable each.

Process Simulation using Queuing theory and simulation model for pharmacy, Spring 2017

• Process Simulation model generated using the Queuing system to reduce waiting time and improve throughput. ARENA model generated to analyze the previous model and to test the new successful model.

Decision Support System for Idle Electronics Package, Spring 2016

• Modeled the decision support system to ensure that the selection of the materials for the assembly of BGA packages and analyzed the cost, reliability, and toxicity of materials using ANSYS.
