WORK EXPERIENCE

4 Month Training at Government Senior Secondary School sec-20 d, starting 26/7/2016 to 20/11/2016.

Completed four month training at the Government school teaching subjects of Business Studies and English to class 11th students. I used innovative methods in teaching the subjects, like in English I used role playing for prose and used dramatization and activities along with proper tone and expression for poetry. Grammar portion was also undertaken in form of regular exercises and activities. I was entrusted to complete the English syllabi in the stipulated time. I also took part in the Invigilation and Evaluation duties assigned. I was part of conducting essay writing and poster making contest. The students presented a play on anti cracker drive, penned and directed by me.

Was teaching the MBA and BBA classes varied management subjects. I have also taught the management subjects to the engineering students. I have been involved with the Soft skills development of graduate and post graduate students for Punjab technical university students. Supervising Guide for M.B.A projects for students. Have imparted skills to prepare project reports and prepared them with mock interview sessions. Have participated in inter departmental fests and activities like women's day, consumer day etc where activities like quizzes,debates,skits, one act plays were conducted to boost student confidence and groom them for the future. I was also working on one online course of one year duration called the Postgraduate Program in International Business for the organization.
