Working with M/s. EICHER TRACTORS ( A Unit Of TAFE Motors & Tractors Ltd. ) Transmission Division Parwanoo H.P. in Metallurgical lab from July2010 to till date as a Engineer.

It is manufacturing different types of transmission components for automobiles like :- Gears, Tractor axles, Gear housings, Bull pinion shafts, Bull gears and Crown wheel & Pinions. CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES & TECHNICAL EXPERTISE :

1. Knowledge of SQF, GCF, and Rotary Hearth furnaces for Heat Treatment. 2 Knowledge of Shot blasting and shot penning machines. 3 HT Analysis through various Distortion studies and to improve the HT Process as well as HT Cycles to improve the Quality of the Product. 4 Sample cutting and preparation

5 Inspection of Raw material e.g. Forging, jominy inspection, macro sample and soft micro structure.

6 Inspection of Finish material e.g. Surface harness, Core hardness, ECD and Micro structure.

7 Process audit in heat treatment

8 Good knowledge of inspection on spectro machine, Vickers hardness tester, Rockwell hardness tester, brinell hardness tester, micro hardness tester and micro scope. 9 Preparation of Lab MIS.

10 Documentation and System adherence to the Quality Systems of ISO/TS 16949. Computer Knowledge :

Good knowledge of MS Office tools like: MS Excel, MS Word, Power- point and SAP. Area’s of Interests :
