I have 10 years strong experience in Rebar/Structural/Precast concrete details, BBS creation & steel estimation. My experience expertise includes the following main areas.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Handling a team of projects coordinators to coordinate the detailing efforts between clients and the project managers of the detailing team.

Familiars with British standards, CRSI & ACI standards, Australian standard & Indian standards working knowledge for rebar detailing and scheduling of the manual of standard practice, Reinforced Concrete Construction and basic engineering practices.

•Preparation of structural layout and co-ordination with the architect & the engineers

•Rebar detailing for various elements of multi-storied residential and commercial High-rise towers including spread footing, Rafts, Pile caps, RCC columns, Core walls, Retaining walls, Flat slabs, ribbed slabs, Beams, Coupler beams, Ramps, Water tank, Swimming pools, Bridges, Fly over etc.

1. Review contract document/drawings for a New Job and understand the scope of work, detailing preferences, priority and submission dates required by the client (Fabricators / General Contractors)

2. Coordinate all the detailing efforts which is to check whether the detailing team has all the required inputs for a job to proceed.

3. To coordinate all the detailing requirements such as getting answers from the client for the RFIs (Request for information) and technically supporting by the detailing team.

4. To file and record drawings/information on all jobs In order to answer straight forward questions such as the status regarding the submission dates, releases, revised drawings, etc. raised by the Client.

5. Interpret and explain plans and contract terms to the detailing team.

6. When required by the client (Fabricator), coordinate all efforts between the General contractor, Fabricator and the detailing team.

7. Responsible for coordinating all activities with the various departments to ensure high efficiency in providing a quality service to the customer in a timely fashion.

8. Occasionally travel to the job site to resolve or assist others in resolving placing problems, obtaining information for detailing and assisting the fabricator to coordinate with the onsite project manager.

9. To incorporate minor or major changes on the CAD drawings and to take releases during emergency situations.

10. Estimating the cost of project, predicting the duration to complete it, manpower requirement, preparing daily/weekly/monthly schedules, following up the project till completion etc.

11. Create quality control system in the areas of file management and work scheduling.

12. Coordinating the team members to resolve any issues among the team and guide/help them achieve the target in a smart way.

13. Experience in training fresher and bringing the best off them.
