Major Job Responsibilities:

-Painting / Coating inspector of steel structural works, pipeline, pressure vessels, offshore vessels, new building repairing ships.

-Responsible for stage wise painting /coating inspector.

-Undertake QC painting/coating activates in the work place for daily basis.

-Monitor weather condition for surface peroration and painting/coating application.

-Prepare, inspection & test plain (ITP) for specific project / company requirements / surface preparation and painting / coating procedure.

-Execute painting /coating inspector work as per company / project

-Inspection test plan.

-To check and monitor all painting / coating related work and ensure all final products meet in accordance with company procedure, client requirement and international codes.

-Responsible for incoming costing /painting material inspection and has to ensure whether these materials suits to meets the requirements of project specifications.

-Prepare all necessary QA/QC Painting / coating documents and handed over to clients review.

-Review of calibration status of IMTE items.

-To undertake test qualifications for spray painters, brush painters, abrasive blasters.

-Co-ordinate with the paint manufacturer technical representative.

-Equipment inspection as per celebration and client procedure.

-Material inspection as per MIT.

-Material inspection as per project drawing.

-Material coordinate as per company policy and QA/QC requirement.

-Material handling QA/QC and concentration.
