Job Role:
Perform basic clerical and administrative activities such as:
Filing, faxing, data entry and retrieval, dissemination of information by email and by mail/documents and word processing.
Maintaining the electronic and hard copy of confidential documents.
Arrange for examination room bookings and meeting rooms.
Provide support for day to day Exams Office Operations
Prepare draft fees list of sponsored and non-sponsored students.
Assist in organizing exam materials, providing safe custody of and organising examination stationery and material.
Co-ordinate External and Internal Examinations:
Assist in the submission of list of eligible students & required information to the applicable boards.

Ensuring the re-sits are appropriately charged to candidates.
Ensuring all post results services are paid for by the candidate before submission.
