Title : Three dimensional finite element analysis of dental implant abutment
system.

Description: Dental implant-abutment system serves as the substitution for the broken tooth for an individual. The design of dental implant-abutment system plays a very crucial role in implant dentistry. Hence this project deals with the usage of finite element analysis software (HYPERMESH and OPTISTRUCT) in assisting the design improvement of implant. The analysis is carried out between two different implant materials namely titanium and zirconium to observe their performance in real time loading conditions.
SolidEdge is used for drafting the dimensions of the implant-abutment system.
CATIA V5 is used for modeling the system.
HYPERMESH is used for meshing and OPTISTRUCT for solving.

Title : Arduino Project On Orbital Blinking Prostheses
Team Size: 5
Role Played: Design, Coding and Testing.
Duration: 1 Month.
Description: This project was developed using Arduino 2560 Mega Board to serve as a controller for the eye lid blinking mechanism under the domain of Orbital Blinking Prostheses.
The controller is programmed using Arduino Embedded-C language.
Power supply used is 5V DC.
The blinking mechanism is assessed using micro servo motor.
Eye lid is fabricated using silicone material.

Title: Electromagnetic Chip Collector.

Description: This project is application based which is used to pick the machined chips in an industry by the means of electromagnetism. This minimizes maximum labor work of manually collecting the chips and storing them in a tub.
The coil used for electromagnetism is copper coil of gauge 20.
Battery used is 12V, 7A, Li-Ion battery.
Material used to make magnet is mild steel of length 10cm and diameter 1.5cm.
