Project Description: ONCE is intended to replace many legacy systems with a single calculation engine for media reporting. ONCE is envisioned as the platform to report granular integrated media data with an ‘on-the-fly’ calculation strategy. It implements Nielsen calculations as defined by Measurement Science group. Helps to perform calculation for various programs associated with it and enables rapid assembly of new applications.

Responsibilities:

Led cross-functional teams to analyze and understand the operational impacts and opportunities of technology changes.

Documented process flows and developed requirements for functional improvements and enhancements.

Point of contact and managed the offshore team by learning the technologies on which they were working on, Day to Day interaction with client and team (offshore and onsite), and provide status to the Business Team.

Involved in all phases of Project Life Cycle from Requirement gathering, Design, Development, Testing and Rollout to the field user

Wrote, updated test plans and test cases and executed test cases

Performed unit testing, functionality testing, system testing and UAT testing

Maintained defects and prepared defect reports
