Development Experience

In my 10+ years in the residential development business, I progressed from a self-funded, hands-on owner/builder/general contractor to an investor-funded, acquisition and project management specialist who acquired, directed all phases of construction, and sold single homes and multi-family developments.

Property Acquisition

Managed acquisition, entitlement, development, and sale of single and multi-family properties throughout Alameda County.
