Pipeline Operation using PLC as well as SCADA.

Operating parameters for Main Line Pumps, Pressure Controls Valves and VFD.

Maintenance of Main Line Pump, Booster Pump, MOV, HOV, Basket Filter.

MAINTENANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:-

Planning & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and production processes.

Identifying areas of obstruction / breakdowns and taking steps to rectify the equipments through application of trouble shooting techniques so as to increase machine up-time / equipment reliability.

To maintain Spare Parts stock in view of its consumption in service as well as in trading.

Finding of complaints, Visit to site-Frequently, Call up the product to our works for further inspection/rectification.

Extra Curricular Activities:

Service support, spares parts management, customer handling, stores/ inventory operations, logistics Control.

Planning to Organise Mock Drill, every month for testing of CO2 and DCP fire Extinguisher.

Mock Drill is organised every month to Take any action for pipeline if required during instant Fire.

Manage and organise ON site and OFF site Mock Drill, to take appropriate action against fire in the pipeline area .

If required, Necessary action is taken for Safety of the plant as well as pipeline area.

Maintenance of Fire and Safety equipments every month under the guidance of vendor .

Maintenance of ERV (Emergency Rescue Vehicle) and FTV(Foam Tendor Vehicle) is carried out every month.
