Got an opportunity to learn a new Process in Transition (Gurgaon, India) for 7 weeks.
Creation of orders, Modification of orders & Deletion of sales orders, service orders creation and purchase orders creation based on the order forms received from the client. Supported to other clients – Indonesia, Malaysia.
Creation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), maintain Backlog tracker and Working on monthly Presentation to highlight the Changes and Cancellation of the transactions done in the previous month. Punching weekly quality dashboard report for my account to determine the count of sales order created before week.
Permanent member of Service Level Agreements (SLA) team work on periodic reports to ensure the SLA's are timely met. Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) in case of deviations and work on further steps to reduce deviations. Handled South Korea Ordering account for two years.
