Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:
I have had supervisory experience at Worthington Steel, and at TSC. I have worked in a Lean Manufacturing environment since April 2007. I have accumulated the knowledge of a variety of metal working tools, processes, and fabrication. Specifics include sheet metal fabrication, slitting, blanking, Temper Mill Rolling, SINICO CNC Pipe Machining, and Steel Coil Pickling. Quality and Production Data collection and tracking utilizing a Business Information System was vital in providing real time data trends from such devices as Micrometer, Rockwell harness testing equipment, and Loral x-ray equipment at Worthington Steel in compliance with ISO standards. I also have an automotive background in collision repair and restoration. I have fork lift and overhead crane (50 ton) experience. A few tools that I have experience with are: MIG and ARC welding, Gas torches and plasma cutting machines, many types of steel shears, brakes, English wheels/Temper and leveling rolling mills. Body shop tools include: Frame rack, Dual-action sanders, cut off tools, and other finishing tools. SIA (Subaru of Indiana Automotive, Inc.) experience has been in the Trim shop and Engine shop. Trim Shop consists of installing parts on vehicles just out of paint shop. Primary parts deal with sunroof installation and wiring harnesses. Safety, Takt Time Verses Cycle Time management, Kaisen (continuous improvement), 5 S, and 5 why are key aspects of my work ethic while maintaining quality in a fast paced environment. Engine shop experience at SIA (Subaru of Indiana Automotive, Inc.) include formal PLC training, Poka-Yoke related installation, trouble shooting, and tool repair to include DC tools.

I have an education (52 credit hours) at Indiana Wesleyan University in Computer Information Technology. I have completed all of the general education classes, as well as the computer specific classes.
