Also, responsible for SOX Compliancy as it related to all of the processes, policies and flows for such products and services. Developed SOX Narratives from scratch. Worked with various internal organizations during the process, including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Engineering, Corporate Accounting, Technical Services, etc. During my five years in this position, our back office analysis team had a stellar record of world class analysis, timely submissions for audit, outstanding supporting documentation / justification, resulting of a seamless audit process with no notable discrepancies.

For our Systems and Technology Division, I managed, from both a Logistical and ROI standpoint, "Marketing Development Equipment" (MDE) deployed worldwide to Strategic Partners and order / revenue producing Centers-of-Excellence (COE’s).
Received “Silver Achievement Award.”
Additionally under the role of Director, Asset Management I took on the task of reconciling thousands of customer transactions as it related to third party Software and Subscription Billings to customers vs. Royalties paid to such third party vendors. This extremely cumbersome task resulted in a Royalty Refund to Unisys by a well know SW Vendor totaling $801K. Additionally, as part of this initiative, new processes and procedures were put in place to more effectively track, monitor and reconcile such software transactions on a monthly basis going forward.

While serving in this position, I developed the “Cash is King” program to improve cash flow from operations during a difficult time. I worked with HR to place my field reports on quarterly cash incentive plans. This resulted in over-achieving regional Cash Targets each quarter, as well as a special invitation to attend, as a special guest, the company’s annual Go Club in 2000 (Cruise to the Bahamas). Also, during the “Y2K” crisis, I was instrumental in obtaining millions of $ in customer down payments for mainframe systems.
