19D Cavalry Scout ARMY 03/2007 – 10/2017

The cavalry scout leads, serves, or assists as a member of scout crew, squad, section, or platoon in reconnaissance, security, and other combat operations. Positions held: Driver, Gunner, Operations, Team Leader, Master Driver, UPL.

Team Leader Army 03/2012 – 10/2017

Serves as a Team Leader in a Motorized Reconnaissance Troop; responsible for the health, morale, welfare, discipline, individual, collective training and the professional development of eight enlisted Soldiers; additionally, accountability all assigned equipment valued more than $2,000,000.

VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE OR LEADERSHIP

Developed, implemented a driver/operator training course, instructed 5 mandatory 40-hour drivers courses to over 250 Soldiers for the Squadron with a 100% go rating, also a redux in accidents.
