Manufacturing Manager

Oversee operations for four different areas within a 400,000 SQ FT. facility. Responsible for over 80 individuals (direct and indirect). Work close with supporting departments to meet company objectives. Overview of duties described below:

• Ensure planned KPI’s of efficiency and performance are met while being cost effective.

• Track competencies of subordinates and provide leadership and development as required to achieve the objectives.

Respond to expedited questions/request including entering all purchase orders and invoicing for the assigned accounts. Ensuring all pricing and terms of quotes were being respected. Create sales reports when needed for sales or management.
