Project Description: CISCO Service Contract Center (CSCC) is a web application used to create estimations, quotes and contracts for the customers on the various products and services provided by CISCO. This application follows 1-tier architecture of CISCO wherein, between the End Customer and CISCO, there is a Partner. Post the contract creation, this application also provides management of those contracts through the Online Contract Management tool.

Opportunity Management(part of CSCC) provides information of all those contracts which are about to expire within a year and renewing services for such contracts will have opportunity to generate revenue in coming year.

Business to Business (B2B) is one more tool which achieves quote creation, ordering and contract management functionalities of CSCC via XMLs.

Project: Cisco Service Contract Center (CSCC – QA) Module: Online Contract management (OCM)

Team Size: 8 (7 offshore and 1 onsite)

Project Description: OCM is a custom tool used to perform Online Contract Management (OCM). OCM performs the following the following functions. OCM is used by both internal & external users. Moves between contracts and within contracts

Adds to Contracts.

Changes to contracts

MMAT (Mass Additions and terminations) is used for product addition and termination in large numbers. AM (Access Management) is tool for granting and revoking access to contracts for different users. C2C (Chassis to chassis) application deals with major and minor products and the transactions performed with them.

4. QA Engineer, Satyam Computer Services LTD, Hyderabad(June 2007 – November 2008) Client: CISCO Systems

Project: AR & PR2S Interface Testing

Team Size: 3 (2 offshore and 1 onsite)

Project Description: AR & PR2S interface Testing involves the regression testing where in some changes in design exits. In this we have Inbound and outbound interfaces which comes under PR2S. We have Oracle applications and a tool called SVO to be used in this project to execute the test cases. Inbound Interface: The changes in inbound interface handles RMA Updates coming from Everest/QTC. The PR2S inbound interface processes RMA updates from Everest. Everest publishes RMA data (header, lines and notes) which is then transmitted via Cisco Data Bus to C3. A concurrent program polls the header table periodically then launches a concurrent program which spawns off the interface workflow. The workflow contains the validation logic for header, line, and note as well as routines to complete Product RMA line flow activities.

Outbound interface: The outbound (C3 to QTC) interface informs QTC when a receipt has been completed in C3. As part of the Everest release, the PR2S interface will be upgraded to meet the new functional requirements and will be re-architected to meet the standards for a near-real time interface between two OLAP databases.

5. QA Engineer, Satyam Computer Services LTD, Hyderabad(June 2006 – June 2007) Client: CISCO Systems

Project: GSO Dashboard

Team Size: 3 (2 offshore and 1 onsite)

Project Description: The GSO dashboard project will be taking data from Xelus, SPO and C3 into business Layer (and ultimately Siebel Analytics) for Dashboard reporting. The architecture which has been decided upon is to put the required from xelus and SPO into C3 first, and then pull all of the required data from C3 into the Business Layer. It consists of eight interfaces which are independent with one another.

The project involves authorizing and execution of test cases of these 8 interfaces and their data flow using SQL queries and UNIX.

6. Team Member, Satyam Computer Services LTD, Hyderabad(Jan 2006 – June 2006) Client: Merrill Lynch, USA

Project: IDS QA.

Team Size: 11 (9 offshore and 2 onsite)

Project Description: IDS QA is a testing, QA certification effort. The team at offshore is responsible for testing applications/products. Applications are released for QA Testing either as a Minor Upgrade, Major Change Release or a service pack release. The QA team has the responsibility for certifying any release

(Minor/Major/Service Pack). The QA Team is also responsible for automating certain Applications/Products using Rational Robot/Test Manager. Merrill Lynch Europe Plc. is one of the major financial investments company in the US. The SMLADC (Satyam Merrill Lynch Alternate Development Center) develops software for ML as part of the offshore software development activities of the client. We have many internal applications under IDS QA.

Project: Hyperion Planning Custom Solution

Project Description: HPCS facilitates the cost center managers to view their Scenarios, cost centers, add, delete and update employee, contingent worker and contract information. This system provides an input capturing facility to update information pertaining to head count for a cost center in a scenario for a year. 8. Project Description: The HARP (Harmonization for Analysis and Reporting Program) System provides a set of applications that support analysis and reporting activities associated with the drug discovery and development process. The system provides a controlled repository for SAS programs and data used in the production of data displays and reports, automates the creation of Case Report Tabulation packages for FDA submission, and provides a set of utilities to support pharmacokinetic analysis. Project: POINT

Team Size: 4 (3 offshore and 1 onsite)

Project Description: The GSK POINT system is a GlaxoSmithKline internal web-based commerce system that includes the ability for sales representatives to order promotional items and supplies, as well as place convention orders. The system incorporates the use of an eligibility check that will provide a catalog of those products available to the specific sales representative. The sales representative will be able to track their monthly usage of a product, against their defined order maximums. The system will also provide integrated capabilities for Administrators to manage Promotional items, the limits available to a given Selling Face, and the ability to create Temporary Teams that can promote an item. Also, Administrative users will have the capability to place orders for a single rep, mass orders, and convention order. Communication:
