Maintenance Manager 2011 - 2016

●Direct a Maintenance crew of 14 Millwrights.

●Handle all purchasing for Maintenance Department and Production supplies.

●Write work orders and procedures to complete task for maintenance.

●Design and implement coaching and training to develop Maintenance staff.

●Manage operational supplies budget and purchasing for the facility annual budget 1.5M.

●Multiple Capital project ranging 100K to 2.5 M adding new and used equipment.

●Negotiated contracts for lumber that saved us annually 25% on lumber cost $80K.

●In 2011 the plant was hit by a tornado that took out a 200’ of roof and took out power to the area for over a week,but I got our plant generators to power the plant in less than 48hrs.
