Tie-In connections between new pipe and 40 yhr old existing systems, and boiler connections support steel structures, spring support selection, resolution of interferences, and the qualification of the as-built drawings of tie-ins to existing plant.

Sept 2000 to Dec 2002 Bechtel Overseas Corporation (BOC) Venezuela and St.C

Site Construction Superintendent

Assigned to the HOVENSA DCU Module Erection Yard #1 at Maracaibo, Venezuela to manage the erection of (48) 30-150 tons modules for a Delayed Coker expansion of a refinery in St.Croix. Alleviated an impacted delivery schedule at the St Croix erection site, improved material delivery and man-hour budget cost and claims payment approval.

Transferred to the St.Croix refinery for module installation..
