Sept 2000 to Dec 2002 Bechtel Overseas Corporation (BOC) Venezuela and St.C

Assigned to the HOVENSA DCU Module Erection Yard #1 at Maracaibo, Venezuela to manage the erection of (48) 30-150 tons modules for a Delayed Coker expansion of a refinery in St.Croix. Alleviated an impacted delivery schedule at the St Croix erection site, improved material delivery and man-hour budget cost and claims payment approval.

Transferred to the St.Croix refinery for module installation..
