Received email and text notification to ensure all disk drives, batch and print queues are available to customers. Coordinated with HP during hardware upgrades and repairs. Morning checkouts included health status of the system ILO’s. Wrote and maintained System Documentation utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and Visio. Checked and assigned ServiceNow tickets to team members and ensured each ticket met its SLA.
Senior Production Systems Analyst for Data Center Operations, I trained all the new operators to perform all nightly activities to ensure all system and scheduled jobs were completed in a timely manner by identifying issues and resubmitting jobs or creating an HPSM ticket to the appropriate group to resolve.
