WORKING EXPERINECE

Presently working as Boiler Engineer in Co-generation Plant of DSM Sugar Mills Ltd. Mansurpur,(a unit of Dhampur Sugar Mills Ltd.),Dist - Muzaffarnagar from 15 August 2015 to till now.

In my present responsibilities, I am handling the whole Power Plant independently. Shift Management, Maintenance, Budget season and off season, attend regular meetings for increase of efficiency of plants and others etc.

Area of Specialization

a) Boiler

90 TPH & 100 TPH capacity bagasse fired boilers made by SITSON INDIA PVT. LTD.

• Working pressure 64 kg/cm2 and working temperature 4800C.

• Both of the boiler are controlled and operated by DCS. b) Turbine

27.7 MW back pressure turbine made by SIEMENS LIMITED fully controlled and operated by DCS.

12.5 MW manually operated turbine stand by.

c) Bagasse Drier

i) Bagasse drier (Fred Hausmann type) capacity 45 tonne & 50 tonne which is operated by DCS.

d) Maintenance

1. Performing the functions of troubleshooting and preventive breakdown maintenance for reducing Mechanical devices downtime to minimum. 2. Maintenance & repairing of Feed Pumps, Gear Boxes, Valves, Shafts, Bearings, Chain Drives, Belt Drives.

1. Working for the completion, supervision and erection work also. 2. Operation and monitoring of flow, pressure and temperature of potable water to be supply in the plant.

3. Control room operator of Distributed Control System(DCS). 4. Knowledge of Demineralising (DM) Water Plant.
