Test electrical functionality and communications of Sub sea Electronic Modules
Test Electro Hydraulic functionality of Subsea Control modules according to Company FAT Procedures
Assemble mechanical parts based on subassembly and G.A drawings
Install Topside Equipments, Electrical Power Units, Master Control Stations,Hydraulic Power Units
Carry out Pre Commissioning Test, In House Test SIT and FAT on Topside and Subsea Equipments
Touch up Paint or Stencil Module Markings in accordance with G.A assembly Drawings
Follow HSE Procedures and maintain a clean working Environment
Duties and Responsibilities: E & I Supervisor
Coordinate with contractor engineers for Equipment and Planning
Check incoming equipment and materials based on material index
Coordinate with other disciplines for instrument and wiring installations
Check Electrical Instruments and Equipments prior to installations
Check and verify electrical terminations on instruments and cabinets
Make routine checks on installations and wirings, instrument hook ups and tie in points
Verify and check Insulation test,Loop checks on cable termination points
Submit daily reports to project engineer / manager on project status and progress

Duties and Responsibilities: Manufacturing Technician
Solder wires and components according to electrical specifications and diagrams
Route wirings in accordance with electrical schematics and Drawings
Install Electrical connectors to Sub sea Control Modules
Set up electrical Test equipment in accordance to set up and test procedures
Test electrical functionality and communications of Sub sea Electronic Modules
Test Electro Hydraulic functionality of Sub sea Control modules according to Test procedures

Install hardwire Topside Equipment’s, EPU’s,MCS and HPU’s
Carry out Pre Commissioning Test, In House Test and Fat’s on Topside Equipments
Touch up Paint or Stencil Module Markings in accordance with G.A assembly Drawings
Follow HSE Procedures and maintain a clean working Environment
Duties and Responsibilities: Electrical Test Equipment Technician
Check and repairs machine at the earliest possible time to minimize machine downtime and attain machine uptime
Provides analysis to Supervisor and Engineer on how to improve machine uptime.
Leads/assist an improvement action team in solving recurring non-conformance events, activities that affects product quality and yield
Makes report regarding machine condition and other pertinent data by logging it on specified logbook for reference purposes.
Modifies machine, installs retrofit kits and other relevant projects to upgrade equipment speed, quality, efficiency and cost saving
Installation, testing and evaluation of newly arrived equipments.
Performs routine calibration of all line equipment to conform to the specification provided by process engineering.
Repair and maintenance of boards, Desktop computers and provision of spares.
Ensures that safety local regulations and any applicable plant regulations are followed
