I have been worked as a CPE (Claim Processing Executive) for past 2 yrs and 9 months in HGSL (Hinduja Global Solution Limited) at Bangalore, India. Client: USA Healthcare Insurance.

Working with one of the top most US Health Insurance Company. This includes all types of claims starting from Family practitioner to hospital Inpatient/Emergency claims. The outcome of the whole adjudication process is the final settlement of the claim and remittance to provider.

Technology : Rumba Mainframe application. ECHS [online applications] Responsibilities:

• Claim Processing Executive and currently handling Provider Claims through ECHS

(Electronic correspondence Handling System).

• Worked as a mentor for new batches and Co-coordinating Internal Auditing.

• Processing of claims for payment under stratified audit

• Apart of my works I inform the attendance of the projects to team leader everyday and assigning the works to my team members in absence of TL. I have been worked in Convergys Technology as a Technical Support Officer since 18th September 2015 to 26th April. 2016.
