Current role as Scrum Master @ IBM (Nov 2015 – Present)

Project Description - Overseeing a complex, staff augmented, global project for North American clients using a product called IP center which lets us implement Virtual Engineers to perform system administrator tasks following Agile in a Scrum Framework for the development of these robots. In this capacity I have -

Reviewed and collated requirements from business sheet for new accounts/clients by scheduling and conducting review calls.

Achieved rapid deployment of VEs by liaising with architect, Deployment Manager, Geo focal and account management teams.

Reduced the TAT for data gathering for new requirements from 4-6 weeks to 1-2 weeks by increasing controls around the process improvements thereby decreasing the cycle time contributing to release process by following Agile methodologies.

Achieved accelerated expansion of automation capabilities by developing ways to enhance the penetration for various technologies including “as a service” and by linking to analytics of the ticket dumps by as much as 30% in a scrum framework by continuously removing impediments.

Achieved 20% increase in the release of VEs by daily scrum standups, iteration meetings and by guiding the scrum team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel.

Program Manager @ IBM Delivery Center India, Automation (January 2013 – 2015)
