Review of all applicable documents such as Scope of work, Drawing, Quality plan, Procedures, Codes and Standard.
Preparation of PWPS, Witnessing of PQR & Qualifying the WPS.
Witnessing of Welder Qualification Test and Prepare the Welder Performance Qualification Record with Welder ID.
Carry out Material inspection for Pipe, Fittings, Valves, Bolts & Nuts Gaskets etc. and Review manufacture test certificate.

Inspection of welding consumables and ensuring the proper storage and handling of welding consumables and controlled in accordance with approved Consumables control procedure.
Checking weld joint preparation, fit up, alignment & dimensional inspection as per drawings.
Preparing the Daily wise for Fit up Inspection Report & Weld Visual Inspection Report.
