DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

Participating in weekly client meeting on progress & issue.

Calculate load and submit E-20 form for site.

Site execution works, especially HVAC including resource planning and monitoring.

Study Engineering Documents including HVAC & Plot plans, General Arrangement (GA) drawings and Isometric Drawings.

Manage and supervise the HVAC activities at the site on day to day basis are responsible for the HVAC activity as per plan and lay and lay out.

Estimation & Costing of HVAC system.

Quoting the Tender as per DSLR and make analysis rate before the filling the tender.

I complete the projects along with procurement team as well as coordination of clients to complete the project with proper planning and before the dead line within budget.

Designing of HVAC system which involves Heat Load calculation, AHU Selection, pump selection, Piping design, pipe routing, duct design, duct routing, Fan selection, ESP calculation, etc. Submittal approval required for the project Projects Executed
