This project is tough challenge to design with 3 big sliders around the part actuated by Hydraulic cylinder. So many Design review conducted with General motor (GM) for final design approval .Another tough task is lifter actuation under block ejector .This project designed as 1 cavity with 3 sliders by cylinder 1 slider by FC,7 lifters, double ejection mechanism to avoid part catch up in block ejector & hydraulic cylinder ejection for 1300T machine.

2)GLOVE BOX LID (2CT- HONDA project)

Injection and ejection planned same side for this part .Design review conducted with Japanese team for undercut actuation and part quality. Special mechanism used for 30 degree shoe angle movement slider .This project designed as 1 cavity with 5 sliders, 7 lifters, hydraulic cylinder ejection for 450T machine.

This project is designed with 2 cavities .Solid lifter construction is tough challenge for this part. This part designed with 8 solid lifters for 450T machine.

4)RADIATOR GRILL UPPER-MIC (M 300-GM PROJECT)

This project is designed parallel with housing grill mould. For this project also 5 hot drop positions finalized after long review with customer. Special Block ejector mechanism is used for this part and the part designed with 5 sliders and 6 lifters for 500T machine. Hydraulic ejection is planned for this mould.
