Main Project:

Project Title: Sustainable development in two wheeler using exhaust gases Description: In this project waste heat recovery technology have been developed and turn it into subsidiary energy in order to increase the output of the engine along with the generation of electricity. Turbocharging is one of the most wide spread method to increase power of internal combustion engine. Hence more engine output power can be generated with low emission. Along with use of dynamo uses waste gases to convert kinetic energy of gases into electrical energy. Also there is Thermal activator device which reduces percentage of CO, HC, NO gases thus saving the environment. Duration : 4 months

TECHNICAL SKILLS

WELDING

• Monitoring and controlling the process as per WPS.

• Visual inspection Before, During, After welding.

• Applying NDT technique over completed welding joints.

• Documentation (WPS,ITP,PQR).

PIPING

• Review of Isometric drawings.

• Review of General arrangement drawings.

• Reading and review of Piping and instrumentation diagrams.

• Review and preparation of piping material specification. NDT

• Check Raw Materials, Welding, Casting.

• Check and monitor NDT requirements.

• Evaluation of radiographic film.
