Worked as a Quality executive in Operation in pickling of coil & bar inspection

Material chemical composition identification by using of NITON MACHINE.

Arrange sampling as per sampling plan.

Process observation of Pickling line area.

Analysis about the pickling defect.

Gradiation of coils /bar on the basis : Depth of defect,size variation & product condition

Visual inspection, size check & quality grade as per sop

To ensure the quality gradation in MTS

Production OF coil /BAR assignment in in SAP /SINGNODE web

SOFTWARE SKILL

Well versed with SAP R/3 (Quality)

MTS ( MATERIAL TRACKING SYSTEM) for material production process via bar code scanning

NITON MACHINE: Identification of chemical composition of stainless steel.
