Designed process improvements and optimization for two paper machines, pulp mill, and de-inking facility.
Chosen project manager to improve paper machine winder uptime through modifications of the Allen Bradley PLC logic and hydraulic systems. Increased winder throughput by 80 tons/day, allowing the machines to increase speeds and set new production records.
Worked in the de-ink facility to reduce loop variability and increase production within the facility.
