1.TITLE : STUDY OF OPREATION AND PROGRAMMING OF CNC TURNING

We have undergone In- Plant Training on “ Application of CNC Technology ( FANUC ) on Lathe Machine” from 28.02.11 to 26.03.11 at the works of Indo Danish Tool Room, Jamshedpur ( Jharkhand ) .

“The motivation behind the project is the recently revived interest in CNC(COMPUTER NUMERICAL CONTROL) Machine operate the measuring of Work piece and making adjustment run in good work piece by the Special Program .CNC machine used in manufacturing process and Specified Separate from the Program like tool length,all kind of Turning Operation Like Facing, Boring,Turning, Grooving,Knurling and Threading are done in Milling CNC is even used in the Manufacturing of many Electrical component.”

2.Title : project on engine overhauling and power transmission in diesel engine

Has successfully compieted Project Work on Engine Overhaul and transmission system at Mithila Autos Purnea ( BIHAR ) from 15.6.11 to 14.7.11.

“The basic idea of this project is to understand these processes occuring inside the diesel engine and latest trends in modification of various parts of diesel engine.This project acknowledge the assembly and disassembly of diesel engine. In order to obtain trouble free operation and long life of an engine.And Power Transmission is to power generated in the engine of the automobile is sent to the wheels for their movements with the help of transmission”
