Role: Enterprise Business Analyst

As an Enterprise BA at Blue Cross NC, my role is to support Enterprise Initiative projects as part of the requirements team and apply relevant tools and techniques to assess impact based on changes to the enabling technologies that support business processes. I am responsible for handling multiple projects in the domains of Healthcare, IT and Finance. SAML 2.0 / OAuth implementation for an on Premise Provider Manager system being developed for commercial Health Plan Clients. (Implemented April - June 2016).
