Job Responsibilities:

Prepare a personal business plan based on target, clearly aiming at achieving corporate Budget as set by the executive committee.

Explore business opportunities and convert them into room nights to increase revenue.

Excellent budgeting and forecasting skills and work closely with Director of Revenue in planning sales strategies.

Actively be involved in decision making, related to occupancy goals, marketing strategies and development of rates

Work closely with sales department to determine the most advantageous market segment ratios and carefully handle groups upon arrival and during their stay.

Work closely with the regional sales team to communicate key messages and strategic offer to target account.

Drive & develop new and existing business for the hotel in all market segments to maximize the revenue.

To keep up-to-date market trends and hotel selling techniques.

Coordinate with sales & marketing department to ensure, adequate media coverage.
