Cypress Pointe Hospital is a surgical hospital with 200 staff members. I handle all aspects of human resources. I was hired to reorganize the department and put processes in place.

Acadia Health Care purchased Greenbrier and I moved into the CEO position to manage the 60 bed hospital with 120 staff members. Handled all aspects of a Joint Commission survey and received a great survey, with no resurvey, with only 3 months of preparation.

Vice President of Compliance and Human Resources, MMO Behavioral Health Systems/Reliant Transportation/Greenbrier Behavioral Health Hospital, Baton Rouge, LA - 2012 to 2015

MMO Behavioral Health Systems is a company of three hospitals (2 psychiatric and one rehabilitation) and nine outpatient programs serving the mentally ill population throughout Louisiana. Reliant Transportation is a paratransit and public transit company. Oversee and managed all aspects of compliance and human resources for the company of 580 employees in Louisiana.
