The South Dhahran Home Ownership (SDHOP) Development is SAUDI ARAMCO Housing project along with supporting infrastructure utilities including sewage, storm, water supply, irrigation and fire water piping system, storage tanks, pumping and lifting stations with the total land parcel comprising 10.2 km

The project will deliver 4000 villas of 2, 3, 5 and 9 bed room villas of contemporary and traditional villas, new schools in addition to the support services. The project site is located within the city of Dhahran in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia.

The site is approximately 5 kilometers southeast of Dhahran city center next to Abu Hadriyah Highway, north of Half Moon Bay and east of Old Abqaiq Road.

The project site has been divided into two Increments (I & II). Current project, Elementary schools, KG & Special Needs School, is located in Increment I.

A brief synopsis of the scope of increment I is Two (2) Elementary campuses (2 kindergarten, 2 girls Elementary schools, 2 Boys Elementary schools) total six (6) buildings, One (1) Special needs school (1 girls school & 1 boys school) total two (2) buildings.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Organizing the site team and establishing the site temporary facilities in co-ordination with the project manager develops the project time schedule, budget, schedule of manpower, materials, plant and equipment

Establishing lines of communication with the client, engineers, architects, & other stake holders.

Obtaining all necessary permits required for commencement of the works.

Produce timely plant and material requisitions with the plant, logistics and procurement department.

Communicate with different sub-contractors and suppliers, receive proposals and co-ordinate with the technical and engineering team the preparation of comparatives and compliance reports receive issued for construction documentation, instruct the preparation of all necessary submittals and arrange for all required tests.

Instruct and supervise the site team ensuring that all construction activities are carried within the approved time schedule and specifications, and budget
