o Autocad 3D – used in development of the design on all projects for bridges, repairs, culverts and many other Civil Design Projects.

o Created contract packages including specifications for facilities, bridge and road projects

o Responsible for proper development of requirements and assisted Contracting Officers in managing of all Forest Service Contracts.
