I am a very hardworking, punctual individual, who is a good organizer and assertive. I like working as part of a team as well as on my own and using my initiative. I am very keen to learn and broaden my skills base. I am looking for opportunities to broaden my catering and hospitality skills. I have completed a number of cookery courses and gained several accreditations. My goal is to be a professional chef and open my own restaurant.

At the green I was working at larder, prep chicken wraps, fish finger, burger, salads and desserts.
At the Noth I was working at the fry, larder and roast section. In fryer prepping the chips, fish, squid, buttermilk chicken and chicken wings, in larder I was doing starters and desserts and in roast I was carving roast lamb,chicken and beef.
