Reporting to the Area Vice President. Responsible for overseeing the success of all warehouse operations, property management and human resources activities, including P&L responsibility for a 200k square foot manufacturing facility.
Served as Human Resources Representative, performing all disciplinary actions and enforcing all company policies and procedures for the 40 employee location.
Served as Landlord of the facility, building relationships within all departments, including Sales, Operations, Management and Credit. Handled all requests regarding the facility.
Assisted in the preparation of annual budget.
Designed and oversaw setup of new warehouse layout for highest productivity.
Performed forecasting to meet operational financial objectives.
