Reviewing the documents like Project Specifications, Procedures, and ITP

Conduct all stage-wise Inspection as per approved QCP/ITP with Client, Owner & Third Party

. To check physical condition (free from Kinks, bend, twist & straightness within limits)

Before cutting any pipe to ensure heat no, Mat code no, transfer to all required pieces.

To check the Material by PMI for Low Alloy Steel (LAS), Stainless Steel (S.S) and Nonferrous Material

Selection of correct WPS for all Weld joint in the spool/pipe line as per ASME Sec-IX

Experience in welding visual inspection & Painting Inspection as per specification and standards to inspection wherever applicable.

Conduct Dimensional Inspection before and after welding to ensure the require dimensions to meet the reference drawing.

Monitoring welding activities before and during fabrication are performed as required by WPS.

Check and verify the control of storage of welding consumable.

Ensure Preparing welder wise lot registers for covering NDE requirements.

Monitoring of welder performance every week based on the NDT report.

Ensure Preheating, Post weld heat treatment is carried out as per approved procedure

To guide the welders to make sound weld.

To witness Welder qualification test and review radiography report.

Interpretation and evaluation of PT, UT, RT,MPI and Visual Inspection as per ASME 31.3 & AWS D 1.1 and review of NDT reports.

Ensure and monitoring ISO clearance & Mechanical (welding & NDT) clearance for Hydro Test Packages and review the Loop file for HT.

Preparing and clearing the punch points with client and the same to coordinate with client to liquidate the punch points of Cat. A & Cat. B. and Box up of the system for handover to operation team.

Witness Hydro test, Pneumatic testing and Hardness testing with client

Monitoring work in progress for compliance with the latest approved revisions of drawings and specifications and verifying that finished work meets acceptance criteria.

Monitoring calibration status of Welding Machines, Pressure gauges and all instruments.

Inspection of raw materials for fabrication and clean built of Pipes & Spools.

Carry out root cause analysis to reduce the repair percentage in welding activities.

Execute painting /coating inspection work as per project inspection test plan

Check the blasted Surface for roughness achieved and degree of surface cleaning as per ISO 8501-1

To check the blast surface with SCM 400 machine.

Verify the primer coat DFT and Visually check the Painted Surface,
