Operated a privately-owned school for special needs children (grades kindergarten to fifth grade), taught based on Common Core in the subjects of Writing, Guided Reading, Math, Phonics, History, and Science. Utilized a variety of teaching methods to assist Title 1 and special needs students to academically and socially develop. Provided a home-based tutoring service for students, grades 9th - 12th. Kids’ Copy Enterprises (KC) / Youth Entrepreneurship and Professional Development Programs 1993 - 2011: The Founder/CEO of KC Enterprises - a community based non-profit an organization, since its inception it has been commended for the exemplary service it provided youth and the community. Partnered with community organizations to offer parenting family advocacy services. KC main thrust was to provide opportunities for inner-city youth to reform negative mentality and behaviors to relative positive outcomes.

-KC Enterprises Urban Technology Center: Provide hi-tech graphics, arts, film/video productions, business training, and media communications. The center supported high school students with advance education and career aspirations.

-Body & Soul Café (BSC) an advocacy program that helped women (recovering from drugs and alcohol addiction) to obtain financial independence and family resources and adaptability.

-Youth Media Leadership Network (YMLN) The program provided journalism, performing arts and media relations. Students were given a public voice in the community.

-Business Exchange Club a youth and adult entrepreneurship program. The program provided a comprehensive “hands-on” training experience for students to develop skills to implement and manage their own business.
