Responsibilities : Senior Oracle SQL & PLSQL Developer

ESP (Enterprise Servicing Platform) is the client’s in-house product that incorporates multiple functionalities like Data Consumption, Normalization, Data Control, Monitoring and Data management, used by State Street as a repository for storing data from its multiple lines of business. The ESP – Enhancement & Support project aimed to design, develop and implement data sourcing solutions for its LOBs based on each business / application requirement. The product also made available the data for reporting needs for each business and application. My primary role and responsibilities were:

Coordinate and meet with Business Analysts and Application teams to analyze requirements for data storage for new application within ESP.

Design, develop and Unit Test ESP Objects, data load processes into the objects and Reporting Queries for new LOB / Applications.

Responsibilities : Offshore Lead & Senior Developer of Data Migration & DW Development team.

Affinion Group is an affinity marketer of membership, insurance, package enhancement, and loyalty programs with headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut. The Voyager Data Migration & DW Development project is a part of the larger Voyager Program intending to migrate existing Affinion Applications running in a Siebel environment to a new Web based system and to also develop the Data Warehouse environment of the new application. The project concentrated on two aspects – Designing the Data Model for the Helix Database which is the Oracle Database for the new system, migrate the data from Siebel system to Helix and also mapping and loading of the Data Warehouse of Helix Database by ETL jobs using Oracle SQL & Oracle PL/SQL. My primary role and responsibilities were:

Offshore team lead of the Data Migration & Data Warehouse track

Coordinating with the Onsite for requirements analysis, design, coding and Unit testing of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL Code snippets needed for Data Migration.

Project Harmony aims at automating the process of Muthoot’s charitable wing MMGF. The complete process of gathering new applications for financial help along with its applicant/beneficiary details, validating the same, enabling the approval/rejection process and disbursal of the approved amount are automated as part of this project. The application User Interface is being developed using .Net and the business logic is implemented using Oracle PL/SQL Stored Procedures / Functions and Packages. My primary role and responsibility included Logical/Physical Data Modeling of the application, design and development of the Oracle Objects, SQL Query snippets, PL/SQL procedures, functions and packages, Performance evaluation and Tuning, Unit testing, Coordination for SIT & UAT and Production Implementation.

Core Banking Solutions (CBS) Project aimed at developing a complete end to end banking solution with application modules like Loans, Deposits, Accounting and Bonds for the Muthoot Finance group. The application User Interface was developed using .Net and the business logic was implemented using Oracle PL/SQL Stored Procedures / Functions and Packages. Responsibilities : Developed Oracle SQL Queries & PL/SQL stored procedures, functions and JSF WebPages for Equipment and Job Master Data Management modules using ADF framework in JDeveloper IDE.

Bernhard Schulte ShipManagement is a highly integrated maritime services company and a market leader in quality, versatility and fleet size. The IT division of BSM partnered with SBN Technologics to create an ERP system for BSM. PMS – Planned Maintenance System is a part of the ERP system for BSM. The system helps in Job Master Data Management, which contains scheduling of planned as well as unplanned Jobs and execution of jobs, and Equipment Master Data Management. As a part of the PMS team I was involved in development, unit testing, Supporting IT & UAT of Oracle SQL Queries and PL/SQL Procedures and Functions as well as the Front end ADF data entry forms for both the Job and Equipment Master Data Management modules.

Title : Job Order System

Environment : Oracle SQL, Oracle PL/SQL and ADF Frame work in JDeveloper 11g IDE with Oracle 10g.

JO System is the sophisticated project management software that was developed for project management activities for BSM. This software enables the PM, PL and Team Leaders to Schedule skills that include analysis of the critical path using slack and delay data to optimize the use of resources, to finish their projects as early as possible. Tracking actual performance in terms of hours of work and completion dates builds a database which helps the project managers to estimate project duration while planning next project. JO system also provides the resources to view their daily/weekly/monthly schedule and can enter their time sheet.

Title : Interfacing Oracle Field Service and Enterprise Asset Management / Work in Progress modules.

Environment : Oracle SQL, Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle Custom forms with Oracle 9.i in HP UNIX Platform

Client : Exterran

Duration : From July 2007 till March 2008.

Responsibilities : Developed Oracle SQL Code, PL/SQL stored procedures, packages and functions using Oracle seeded APIs and Open Interfaces.

Exterran is an Oil and Gas Company that manufacturers and rents Compressors, Compressor Packages and Engines. The CRM (Customer relationship management) stream of Infosys is working for the Services Excellence team which focuses on the Maintenance of Rental Compressors/Packages/Engines by Exterran. Field Service in itself is a complete module that can be used to create Service Requests and debrief for labor and material incurred by Exterran, on these repairs to charge the customers. Enterprise Asset management/WIP module is a parallel module which does costing of labor and has preventive maintenance schedules which is not possessed by Field Service. So we developed interfaces to exchange information between these two modules so as to use the functionalities provided by both to meet the requirements.

Title : DBI (Daily Business Intelligence) Reports for FS module.

Duration : From January 2007 till July 2007.

Responsibilities : Handled DBI Reports for FS (Field Service) module, did Requirement gathering, Designing, Development and Testing of the Custom DBI Reports single handedly and delivered it on time.

DBI (Daily Business Intelligence) being a fairly new technology, had done Research and Development work on DBI and came up with the suitable solutions. The development was done for four Main DBI Reports and two sub Reports for each of them, which will display online details of the task performed by the technicians, the various details of the Service Request in the Field Service module with the graphs and KPIs.

Title : Oracle Account Payables.

Responsibilities : Developed Control files, SQL script, PL/SQL stored procedures for Data loading and Interfacing for Oracle Account Payable Module.

The Data obtained from a legacy system is used for the creation of invoices, data is loaded into staging table using control file, the scheduled concurrent program will take the data from the staging table, validates it and will insert it in to open interface tables, which in turn will be used by a standard concurrent program for the creation of invoices.
