RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN PRINCIPAL CAMPAIGN MANAGER:

Supporting the publishers/Ad Networks by offering the technical solutions.

Suggesting the publishers on optimum utilization of their inventory and maximizing the revenue through Ad Exchange platform.

Review the publishers/ Ad Networks accounts periodically and suggest the best practices to utilize their remnant inventory.

Assisting the Account Managers/ Sales team on technical questions and attending the meetings/ calls with the publishers to help resolving their technical issues.

Conducting implementation reviews for new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution for their technical challenges.

Troubleshooting risky and revenue impacting issues such as drop in ad requests, low coverage, creative rendering issues, drop in revenue and reporting issues.

Coordinating with the internal cross-functional teams like Ad Quality team, Product team and Engineering team to resolve the client’s technical issues.

Facilitating the Account Managers to on-board the new partners and cross -selling the product features by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.

Analyzing and optimizing the revenue flow of existing clients by conducting the technical review.

Mapping DFP accounts (including Small Business and Premium) with Google Ad Exchange accounts to utilize the remnant inventory effectively to maximizing the revenue.

Manually mapping the potential advertisers on Ad Exchange to improve the network coverage.

Campaign start to end Monitoring and Optimization.

Creating Business Intelligence dashboards and identifying the business problems.

Finding solutions for the business problems by using Mathematical / Statistical /Economical / Technical Methods.

Analyzing the data and providing business insights to the Management.

ACHIEVEMENTS AND CORE COMPETENCIES:

Experience in handling high priority accounts like OMD-PHD, KBB, Marvel, Scholastic and Discovery Channel Process.

Handling almost 15+ Accounts and give training to new team members.

Still No external error from last 5 years in my work.

I have found some short cuts to reduce the time for trafficking and shared with my team.
