Duties & Skills : . As endocrinologist and diabetologist will investigate the glands and its disorders in the body, proceed as lege artis, I begin to interaction with the patient by taking medical history and physical examination focusing to assess endocrinology and Diabetology, in some cases, it may order additional diagnostic tests as part of the evaluation in both fields, the highest incidence in the endocrinology are thyroid disorders in the context of hyperfunction or hypofunction, we investigate thyroid ultrasound to check thyroid nodules after physical and laboratory examinations hormones, and indicate thyroid fine needle aspiration biopsy when its necessary.

I have as experience with ultrasound, and performed biopsy thyroid and evaluate the result of cytology, indicating surgery like any endocrinologist proceed according lege artis and according

to the clinic and the patient's condition.

Otherwise a lot of patients coming for investigate the causes endocrinology infertility and we achieve this with gynecologist cooperation for the realization of this objective for patients.

We treat patients with modern and advanced therapies which have minimal side effects, and in diabetology focus on the patient's lifestyle that play a role in compensation of diabetes and its treatment, and delay chronic complications diabetes, which belongs microvascular retinopathy, nephropathy, neuropathy, and macrovascular complications which belongs: myocardial infarction, and stroke, and peripheral arterial disease, which is more times higher incidence in diabetics,

We focus mainly on diabetic foot and its treatment, and collaborate with other disciplines in this field.

Also as endocrinologist we indicate patients for surgery performance to remove the tumor or malignancy, another hand most o patients with diabetes are obese, focusing primarily on changing the patient's life, and their diet, surgery will be the last Last chance after diet and medication failure.

I am employed full-time, working 5-day ( 40 hour,s) a week . I have to work evening and weekend shifts, I did ultrasound and thyriod fine needle aspiration biopsy for hundreds of pacients, and i had result of histology in one case with medullary carcinoma which is rare carcinoma thyroid.
