This was my last of many jobs in the service industry and certainly the most stressful. Very high volume of customers and sales especially during holidays. Extreme focus on patience, positive outlook and perseverance were key to maintaining this position. Also efficiently handling and maintaining the engraving machinery and equipment with constant possible distraction and always limited time constraints. Each location had sales goals to meet monthly so there was drive in our selling.
