CEO, AGSA / Program Manager 2016 – 2017

As CEO of Australian corporation created to support this program, was responsible for profit/loss for a

~$100M/annual business unit, with CEO responsibilities reporting to the AGSA Board of Directors. As CEO/Program Manager, was responsible for business conduct and customer relations for a very large complex located in Australia providing the full range of services to a joint US Government and Government of Australia Defense facility. With an assigned staff of 300 personnel, I managed program activities in multiple disciplines covering technical and/or non-technical areas. Such areas include engineering design, development, testing, implementation, operation and maintenance of diverse integrated electronic and mechanical systems; operations research; asset management, and program documentation.
